A sammelband comprised primarily of sermons of thanksgiving connected to the Nine Years' War and the victories of the Duke of Marlborough in said conflict. A notable exception is this first mentioned work (bound almost last), The Regulations of Play, which concerns the manner in which one ought to behave during the playing of sports and other forms of recreation in order that one may be free of sin.
