An early edition of playwright George Colman's (1762-1836) popular five-act comedy, first performed at Covent garden in 1801. The play notably includes a brief reference to the nascent sport of Cricket (Act IV, Scene I): 'Olla. Stay - here's Kent - Ferile in pheasants, cherries, hops, yeomen, codlings, and cricketters...'
