A rare survival of an early eighteenth-century parliamentary act for regulating the sale of footwear and related manufacturing materials by journeyman cobblers.

Two editions were published concurrently, one printed by John Basket, the other, as here, without an imprint. Both are scarce, this edition in particular; ESTC records just a single copy (Guildhall).
