A mid-eighteenth-century Viennese edition of literary editor and numismatist Nichola Haym's (1679-1729) catalogue of of Greek and Roman coinage in major English cabinets. The work includes details on the collections of the Earl of Pembroke, the Duke of Devonshire, Sir Hans Sloane and the University of Oxford. The first edition was published in 1719 and 1720 in Italian with English summaries. The first Latin edition of the first part, edited by the Jesuit Father Joseph Khell, appeared in 1762; the first Latin translation of the second part (present here) was published in 1765.
