The first edition of a collection of verse by Hilary Douglas Clark Pepler (1878-1951), attractively illustrated by, amongst others, Eric Gill; printed and published by the Guild of St Joseph and St Dominic was a Roman Catholic community of artists and craftspeople founded by Pepler and Gill in 1920.
