An apparently unrecorded handbill advertising the sale of a walled estate of Roundhill Grange, Somerset, including in excess of 365 acres of 'rich arable, meadow, pasture, wood, and orchard land'. The document likely refers to the 1831 sale of the estate by then resident John Jekyll to his tenant George Wyndham.
