The first edition, second issue (without John Richardson's name included in the imprint) of Charles Tennyson's (1808-1879) first independent volume following Poems by Two Brothers published together with his younger brother Alfred Tennyson (1809-1892) in 1829. The collection was widely praised, notably by Coleridge.
