An anthology of extracts from eighteenth century publications, including the Spectator and Tatler, intended for the use of schools, first printed at Edinburgh in 1737.

ESTC record copies at two locations in North America (Michigan State and Rice), and none elsewhere. A single copy of another edition, with an identical imprint, but running to only 284 pages, is recorded at California.
