First edition.
8vo.
[2], 17pp, [1]. With three large folding lithographic colour plans. Contemporary red half-cloth, decorated paper boards. Original publisher's printed wrappers bound in. A trifle rubbed and marked. Coloured pencil shelf-marks to upper wrapper, title page browned, variable paper-disruption and tears along folds of plans, but all intact.
An apparently unrecorded report, for the years 1921-22 to 1926-27, of a committee appointed to advise the Hardwar Municipal Board on matters including; the provision of electricity and water; the regulation of buildings on site not the property of the Government; the improvement of the river side road from Hardwar to Mayapur; and the 'organization of the milk supply which is at present both bad and scarce'. In relation to this final issue, the committee proposed that the Municipal Board establish a dairy farm; however, it is recorded, rather bluntly, that 'Nothing has been done for want of funds'.
