A Brooke family copy of The Story of Parson Annaly, a novel following the titular Parson Annaly to Wales and elsewhere. Penned by Richard S. Brooke (1802-1882), Irish clergyman and father to Stopford Brooke. First gifted to the author's other son William in 1870, it later came into the hands of his granddaughter Maud, then married to Irish author T. W. Rolleston.
