Two volumes of Seventeenth Century political satires compiled by antiquary Edmund Goldsmid (1849-1894), of which each volume was 'limited to 275 small-paper copies, and 75 large-paper copies'. The burlesque writings within were composed by notorious parodists Rochester, Dunham and Marvell, famed for their irreverent poetry.
