An apparently unrecorded diminutive collection of poetry by 'the first authors', of which the majority of contributions are entirely uncredited. Despite snippets from notable figures, including an initial extract from Byron's 'On Leaving Newstead Abbey', the poems within seem largely obscure, with many seemingly impossible to trace. Several pieces are signed 'A.B.C', of which each has been composed in the style of another, more eminent literary figure, among them publisher Alaric Watts and poet Thomas Haynes Bayly, whose poetry also appears within.
