Count Hayashi Tadasu (1850-1913), diplomat and cabinet minister of the Japanese Meiji Period. Whilst serving as resident minister to Great Britain, Hayashi worked to successfully conclude negotiations for the treaty of Anglo-Japanese Alliance in 1902. As Foreign Minister in the first Saionji cabinet he oversaw agreements with Russia following the Russo-Japanese War.£ 100.00 Antiquates Ref: 12879
