The first edition of Anglo-Irish poet Sylvia Lynd's (1888-1952) third collection of poems, several of which had previously appeared in numerous anthologies including Ernest Benn's Augustan Poets. This copy inscribed to Italian-born British poet and civil servant Humbert Wolfe (1885-1940).
